Access codes/welcome messages sent promptly. Spacious, airy, light, clean and very comfortable bed. Gorgeous rain shower, complimentary nice toiletries, plenty of towels, charging sockets conveniently by the bed. Everything felt very safe and secure. Lovely shopping mall with great food hall in the basement just across the road. Fantastic access to public transport/light rail for airport. Walking distance to attractions/harbour. Felt luxurious and great value for Bergen! My first time in a self-check in hotel with no reception & I would definitely stay again!!

The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to all touristic places and Bergen port (Strandkaiterminalen), where you can buy excursions and tours to the fjords. Nice area where you can find great restaurants and bars. Also you have rooftop bar on the 7th floor in the hotel. The room is nice, modern and very confortable. Self check-in with app was easy thanks to detailed instructions. No breakfast in the hotel, but you can order it in another hotel, Magic Hotel Korskirken.

Excellent location, in the very centre, three or four minutes from the harbour. The room was not huge, but big enough considering Norway's prices. It was all clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was small but serviceable (toiletries were provided). It is a good place to stay three days in Bergen, or more, if you don't need luxury.

Very convenient location - close to Bergen Centre and the train stop for getting to/ from airport. I was a little worried about the app-based key system, but it worked fine. The rooms have everything you need for a short stay, and the shopping centre location means you can grab anything you need. The rooftop bar is a nice addition too.
